Job Description: Conduct market research and analysis, as well as prepare reports

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance, Financial Engineering or Accounting
Candidates with CFA, ASA, CPA, FRM, CPV or MBA are preferred
At least two years of work experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
Good at research, cash flow analysis, financial modelling and financial analysis

Job Description: Project management, identify and control project risk exposures, conduct valuation and analysis

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Asset Valuation, Accounting, Machinery and Equipment, Construction Works, Finance or Financial Engineering with 3-4 years of work experience in asset valuation;
Candidate must be a CPV;
Familiar with regulations and policies in relation to valuation and valuation standards and able to handle and cope with complicated issues in professional field;
Familiar with MS Office software including WORD and EXCEL;
Good physical condition, able to take business trips and cope with work load and pressure;

Job Description: Conduct on-site inspection, market information collection, research and analysis; prepare valuation model and valuation reports; and complete property valuation projects independently

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Land, Real Estate, Real Estate Finance and related disciplines;
Real estate valuer, land valuer and certified RICS member are preferred;
At least three years of work experience in real estate valuation industry;
Participated in real estate market research;
Work experience in the Big Five firms or leading real estate valuation companies in China will be an advantage;
